Refund Policy

Overview
This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for HuzAgent.ai subscriptions, AI automation plans, and done-for-you setup services.
Subscriptions
Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. You may cancel your subscription to stop future billing, and your access will continue until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated.
Trials and Free Access
If a free trial or free plan is offered, you can test the service before choosing a paid plan. Paid usage after a trial is billed according to the selected plan.
Setup Services
Done-for-you setup fees are non-refundable once setup work has started, because they cover configuration, implementation, testing, and handover time. If setup work has not started, you may request cancellation and we will review the request.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be considered only in limited cases, such as duplicate payments, billing mistakes, or situations where HuzAgent.ai is unable to provide the purchased service. Approval is at our discretion.
AI Provider and BYOK Usage
If you connect your own OpenAI, Gemini, OpenRouter, or other provider key, AI usage is billed by that provider. HuzAgent.ai cannot refund charges billed directly by third-party providers.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund review, contact us with your account email, workspace name, payment date, amount, and reason for the request. We may ask for additional information before making a decision.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, access to paid services may be paused while the dispute is reviewed.
Policy Changes
We may update this Refund Policy as plans, setup services, or billing processes change. The latest version will be posted on this page.
